This house with character is brand new but it has a timeless architecture and décor. It is an accommodation thoughtfully decorated in an Irish country cottage style and built to eco-friendly principles using the Geo-thermal system.
Located on a farm only 2.5 miles from Banagher town in Co. Offaly, Ireland. The Ashtree Cottage has the feeling of seclusion while it is actually well placed to tour the West of Ireland and is within easy walking distance of the River Shannon!

From Dublin Airport:
Take M50 south to where it meets the N4 which will take you west to Kinnegad. From Kinnegad take N6 to Kilbeggan. Then the N52 through Tullamore,Travel 7 miles, exit onto the R357 at Blueball, left at Cloghan on to R356 for Banagher. (88 miles).
